Although these drawings were taken from brocaded tablet weaving, the charted designs can be used for anything that requires a graphed pattern. these designs were redrawn from <u>Birka III: The Textilfunde aus den Grabern</u> by Agnes Geijer, Uppsala 1938. they are from the excavation of the Norse town of Birka which was abandoned or destroyed around 1000 A.D.
