These chairs are patterned after Talorgen's chair, with a couple of modifications. You can get one chair out of a single 4'x8' sheet of 3/4" plywood. I used cabinet-grade birch for these, with a water-based green stain.
To cover the edges of the plywood I used acrylic paint since it also seals & protects against moisture, especially important on the bottom of the legs where the chair sits on the ground. Made in 2006, they were purchased by the Barony of Sacred Stone for use as baronial thrones.
